Role Summary:

The Business Development professional will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and developing strategic customer relationships for the PC (Personal Computing) business. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing channel and customer partnerships, achieving sales targets, and supporting the overall business growth strategy.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for PC products, including desktops, laptops, workstations, and related solutions.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate customers, channel partners, distributors, and system integrators.

  • Drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding business with existing accounts.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and achieve business objectives.

  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer needs assessments to identify growth opportunities.

  • Prepare and deliver product presentations, proposals, and business pitches to prospective clients.

  • Collaborate with internal teams including sales, product management, marketing, and operations to ensure successful business execution.

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

  • Monitor sales performance, forecast business opportunities, and provide regular reports to management.

  • Negotiate commercial terms and contracts with customers while ensuring profitability.

  • Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities to strengthen brand visibility.

Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

  • 3–8 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management, preferably in the PC, IT hardware, or technology industry.

  • Strong understanding of the PC market, products, channel ecosystem, and customer landscape.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.

  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
