Performance Monitoring: They monitor service performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance service quality. Process Improvement: SDMs drive continuous improvement by analyzing metrics, gathering feedback, and implementing best practices. Team Leadership: They may lead project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful delivery. Communication: SDMs communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members, keeping everyone informed and aligned. Problem Solving: They are responsible for identifying and resolving problems that may arise during service delivery.
