Develops new B2B and B2G business opportunities by generating and qualifying leads, managing customer relationships, conducting presentations and demonstrations, coordinating product solutions, handling objections, following up on proposals, and supporting opportunity conversion. The role also involves market and competitor analysis, customer record maintenance, reporting, and travel for meetings, events, and business development activities.

Develops international business opportunities for defense products, with emphasis on counter-drone and high-tech systems. Promotes products to foreign governments, defense organizations, embassies, and strategic partners; negotiates partnerships and high-value contracts; gathers competitive intelligence; represents the company at global defense events; coordinates foreign delegations; manages international representatives; and drives end-to-end export operations and regulatory compliance.

Maintain accurate CRM records, lead and case data, calendars, meeting notes, documents, tracking IDs, dashboards, and archives for the Business Development team. Support case status retrieval, pipeline and aging tracking, document organization, and daily administrative and data needs for management. The role requires strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and proficiency with Excel and CRM/database tools.
