Lead a regional team to grow sales of Process Control Instrumentation, develop and execute business plans, manage key accounts, provide technical/application support, coordinate with marketing and product teams, and ensure targets, collections, and delivery commitments are met.

Lead regional strategy, sales, customer relationship management and business planning for the North region. Build and manage teams, set budgets and KPIs, drive performance, negotiate high-value contracts, and develop stakeholder engagement to meet long-term business objectives.

Commissioning/site engineer responsible for planning and executing DCS/ESD (and SCADA) commissioning at customer sites, coordinating stakeholders, supervising subcontractors, performing loop checking and instrument installation, reporting progress, ensuring contractual, safety and quality compliance, and pursuing scope enhancements.

Sell and manage solution-level offerings in industrial automation, digital twin, AI and cybersecurity. Build customer relationships, promote Yokogawa technologies across industries, and support sustainable, technical solution adoption.

Manage and grow strategic key accounts by building senior relationships, identifying customer needs, implementing account plans, driving upsell/cross-sell, resolving issues, negotiating contracts, and reporting account performance to meet revenue and satisfaction targets.
