Drive growth for the Life Business Unit by expanding coverage in Pharma and Food & Beverage across North and South regions, generate and nurture opportunities, and achieve the units annual business plan while representing Yokogawa's automation, digital twin, and industrial solutions.

Lead and mentor a regional sales team to grow Yokogawa's Systems & Solutions business across Northern India and neighboring countries. Develop and execute sales strategies and business plans, manage key accounts, drive technical application support, coordinate with marketing and engineering, and meet order intake and sales targets.

Serve as a technical sales engineer for industrial automation solutions: identify buying influences, build rapport, qualify prospects, present solutions, negotiate and close deals, manage resistance and change, provide project management and reporting, and work independently while providing technical guidance to advance sales opportunities.
