Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics, communicate with candidates and hiring stakeholders, track feedback, maintain ATS records, support offers and onboarding, assist with recruitment reporting, and improve hiring workflows using productivity and AI tools.

Design, build, and operate reliable batch and streaming data pipelines, Airflow workflows, dbt models, and analytical data infrastructure. Own ClickHouse architecture, performance, ingestion, and scalability, while supporting BigQuery and NoSQL databases. Implement data quality, observability, monitoring, incident response, backfills, schema evolution, containerization, and CI/CD. Collaborate with analytics, data science, product, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, cost-efficient data platforms.

Lead technical onboarding, implementation, integration, and troubleshooting for customers using Wingify solutions. Partner with Customer Success Managers and customer development teams to configure deployments, resolve browser and client-side issues, implement REST API integrations, and provide architectural guidance. Manage multiple customer engagements while explaining technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders and supporting long-term product adoption.
