Lead technical customer onboarding, implementation, integrations, and adoption of Wingify solutions. Troubleshoot browser, JavaScript, cookie, tracking, and client-side issues; advise customers on architecture and best practices; and collaborate with customer development teams and Customer Success Managers.

Drive US pipeline generation, demand creation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through paid, organic, lifecycle, ABM, SEO, and integrated demand-generation programs. Own campaign metrics, funnel optimization, A/B testing, attribution, reporting, and marketing automation while partnering with Sales, Product Marketing, Content, and RevOps. Localize messaging for North American enterprise and mid-market SaaS customers and identify growth opportunities across the MarTech ecosystem.

Support Product Marketing initiatives in a SaaS environment through competitor research, battlecard development, sales enablement materials, product messaging, presentations, and cross-functional projects. The intern will work remotely with international teammates, receive mentorship, and progressively own projects while developing marketing skills.
