Manage domestic and international air ticketing, including bookings, reissues, refunds, cancellations, schedule changes, rerouting, and name corrections. Apply airline fare rules, taxes, penalties, and waiver policies accurately; coordinate with airlines and support B2B travel agents through calls, email, and CRM tools. Maintain documentation, queue management, SLA/TAT compliance, ADM prevention, and timely resolution of escalated or complex cases.

Develop and maintain scalable backend systems, RESTful APIs, microservices, and server-side logic. Collaborate with frontend engineers, manage SQL and NoSQL databases, optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, participate in code reviews, and improve backend architecture and development processes.

Provides premium B2B support to travel agents and key accounts for domestic and international air bookings. Handles ticketing, amendments, cancellations, refunds, reissues, schedule changes, rerouting, fare validations, and waiver requests. Interprets airline fare rules, manages escalations, coordinates with airlines and suppliers, maintains case records, and resolves priority requests within SLA and TAT requirements. Requires GDS expertise, strong communication, problem-solving, customer service, and knowledge of travel booking platforms and office software.

Lead TripJack’s corporate and enterprise sales growth by acquiring and scaling corporate accounts, managing complex consultative buying cycles, structuring strategic partnerships, and collaborating with onboarding, operations, account management, finance, and product teams. The role requires a strong hunter mindset, commercial acumen, cross-functional leadership, entrepreneurial ownership, and comfort building processes in a fast-evolving business.
