Supports city and country mapping data quality through local transit and regulatory expertise. Responsibilities include creating mapping policies and guidelines, validating and editing transit data, resolving complex mapping issues, conducting field research, auditing imported data, managing alerts and outages, and collaborating with internal teams, partners, and data providers. The role also manages city-specific data pipelines using internal platforms and basic programming skills.

The Mapping City/Country Expert improves transit data and advises on urban and multi-modal transport, creating data policies and communicating insights to stakeholders.
