The role covers money movement, RFI and query management, payment rail operations and testing, access management, reconciliation, and automation.

Leads cross-border payments operations and transformation across SWIFT, ISO 20022, correspondent banking, local payment rails, investigations, tracking, reconciliation, and settlement. Manages a 24/7 money movement team of up to 10 employees, owning SLAs, quality, productivity, risk controls, and escalations. Drives automation, straight-through processing, SOP development, operational excellence, and regulatory alignment while serving as a payments subject matter expert for internal and banking partners.
