Manage end-to-end merchant and payment or banking partner onboarding, including virtual account creation, payment flow coordination, risk and compliance alignment, Jira workflow tracking, and onboarding governance. Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, Compliance, Risk, Product, and Operations teams to optimize partner lifecycle processes and ensure efficient operational execution.

Manages daily treasury transfers, liquidity movements, settlements, balances, and banking transactions. Prepares treasury dashboards, MIS reports, and operational analytics while coordinating with Finance, Operations, and banking partners. Identifies process improvements and supports automation initiatives. Requires experience in treasury, banking, payment, fintech, or related operations, with knowledge of fiat and stablecoin movements, liquidity management, fund transfers, Excel, and Google Sheets.

Manage end-to-end cross-border payment operations, including collections, payouts, settlements, reconciliations, refunds, exceptions, escalations, and operational controls. Drive workflow optimization, automation, AI initiatives, SOPs, dashboards, and reporting while collaborating with Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, Risk, and Support teams.
