Job Title: Team Lead - Partner Onboarding

Location: Delhi (Hybrid)

Role Overview

This role focuses on managing the end-to-end onboarding of merchants and payment/banking partners, ensuring that new partners are onboarded smoothly, efficiently, and in line with risk, compliance, and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Merchant onboarding across multiple payment and banking partners
Virtual Account (VA) creation and management
Understanding of pay-in, payout, and card checkout flows
Knowledge of global fiat and stablecoin fund flows
Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Partnerships, Compliance, Risk, Product, and Operations teams
Jira workflow management, project tracking, and onboarding governance
Partner onboarding lifecycle management and process optimization

What We’re Looking For

4+ years of relevant experience
Fintech, Payments, Banking, PSP, Acquiring, or Cross-Border Payments background preferred
Strong understanding of risk and compliance considerations in payment flows
Excellent stakeholder management and operational execution skills
Delhi-based candidates preferred
Immediate joiners are preferred
