Lead and coach a virtual EMEA renewals team across commercial, mid-market, and enterprise accounts. Own renewal rates, recurring revenue, retention, expansion, pipeline governance, and weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting. Partner with sales leaders, customer success teams, distributors, and channel partners to mitigate renewal risk and drive upsell opportunities. Improve renewal processes, support automation initiatives, and develop team performance, succession, and workforce plans.

Own and deliver production-grade AI assistant capabilities for Sophos Firewall, including agent workflows, tool integrations, guardrails, evaluation frameworks, and automation. Design scalable backend systems, APIs, and distributed services with strong reliability, performance, security, and operational excellence. Build natural-language firewall management and intelligent security automation while collaborating with engineering and security teams. Deploy and optimize cloud-based solutions on AWS, including infrastructure, networking, identity, observability, and safe rollout practices.

Provides hands-on technical leadership for end-to-end SaaS platform capabilities spanning frontend, backend, APIs, integrations, cloud infrastructure, and AI experiences. Responsibilities include architecture, production coding, secure multi-tenant system design, AI platform development, agentic engineering workflows, code and design reviews, technical direction, mentoring, and cross-functional alignment.

The role involves driving growth across enterprise accounts in cybersecurity sales, building relationships with security leaders, and managing the sales cycle from planning to closure.

Lead and develop Critical Incident Response Team squads supporting managed detection and response customers. Manage staffing, coverage, prioritization, service levels, quality, and operational readiness across concurrent engagements. Act as Incident Commander and senior escalation point for complex incidents, directing investigation, containment, eradication, recovery, and communications. Use metrics and customer feedback to improve processes, playbooks, training, automation, and service delivery while partnering with security and product teams.

Lead end-to-end test strategy for the firewall control plane: design and implement Python-based automation and frameworks, focus on API (REST/gRPC), functional and non-functional testing (scale, performance, security), collaborate with development and support, mentor engineers, and validate integrated customer solutions across networking products.

Manage and grow relationships with enterprise-level accounts in Gujarat, selling comprehensive cybersecurity solutions and driving consultative sales processes.

Manage and maintain Kubernetes platforms, automate AWS deployments, streamline CI/CD pipelines, implement observability and monitoring, support cross-team application deployments, troubleshoot environment/configuration issues, manage environment orchestration, maintain shared development tooling, and provide monthly weekend on-call support.

The role involves enhancing and supporting Zuora Billing solutions, designing configurations, managing integrations, and troubleshooting issues while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Lead end-to-end QA for back-office finance systems and integrations (SAP, Zuora, OneSource). Develop test strategies and plans, ensure release readiness and production stability, drive automation using Worksoft, apply risk-based testing, mentor QA engineers, and integrate automation/AI into CI/CD pipelines while influencing stakeholders on quality decisions.

Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of Salesforce customer and account data. Build automated validation and enrichment pipelines (SQL/Python), perform large-scale cleansing and deduplication (DemandTools, Data Loader), create monitoring dashboards (Power BI), enforce governance, and apply AI/LLMs to improve matching, classification, and anomaly detection so data never blocks Quote-to-Cash processes.

Design, develop, and evolve Sophos Firewall capabilities. Collaborate on high-impact network security features, manage priorities, and improve engineering processes.
