Lead and coordinate incident response engagements: run customer calls, direct forensic investigations, delegate analyst tasks, perform root-cause analysis, produce executive summary reports mapped to MITRE ATT&CK, update threat intelligence, mentor junior analysts, and manage multiple concurrent ransomware and BEC incidents with customer-facing communications and remediation guidance.

Lead design, develop, test and support SAP ABAP solutions, deliver RICEFW objects, integrate SAP with third-party systems, optimize performance, produce technical documentation, mentor junior developers, and help adopt AI/automation in the SAP ecosystem.

The role involves driving growth across enterprise accounts in cybersecurity sales, building relationships with security leaders, and managing the sales cycle from planning to closure.
