Manage Sophos partners across North and East India, developing joint business plans, driving revenue, renewals, upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and supporting complex cybersecurity deals. Build partner relationships, coordinate internal sales and technical resources, manage business reviews and KPIs, develop marketing initiatives, and enable partner teams through training and certification. The role requires extensive channel sales experience, cybersecurity expertise, distributor management, CRM proficiency, and partner presentation skills.

Investigate and neutralize cyber threats within a 24/7 MDR service. Responsibilities include handling escalations, monitoring security logs, analyzing endpoint and network data, researching indicators of compromise and vulnerabilities, supporting incident response, creating client cases and reports, tracking threat remediation, training analysts, and improving security operations processes.

Leads investigations and response for active cyber incidents affecting MDR customers and MSPs. Responsibilities include advanced endpoint and network analysis, identifying access and lateral movement, containing malware and ransomware, guiding remediation, mentoring analysts, documenting findings, creating technical reports, and collaborating with detection engineering and threat hunting teams. The role requires customer engagement, rapid decision-making under pressure, and occasional weekend or holiday availability.
