Manage network operations issues from identification through closure, produce accurate daily status and SLA reports, validate and reconcile data, analyze root causes, coordinate technical resolution, and automate repetitive reporting and operational tasks using Excel, dashboards, Python, or scripting. The role requires strong network architecture knowledge, hands-on experience with routers, switches, and firewalls, clear stakeholder communication, documentation, and willingness to work shifts from the Bangalore or Hyderabad office.

Coordinate scheduling of field technicians, materials, and vendors to complete projects on contract. Track job progress, document installations, obtain invoices, close out work orders for billing, and provide timely status updates to customers while meeting metrics for margin, start times, deadlines, and invoicing.

Manage end-to-end turnover of Collaboration & Digital Enablement (CDET) projects into operations across APAC. Coordinate witness testing, UAT, stakeholder engagement, vendor management, deployments, technical documentation, asset administration, and operational handovers while ensuring quality, governance, and continuous improvement.
