Develop and execute global partner marketing strategies for AI CERTs, including certification launches, marketing development funds, sponsorships, campaigns, and co-branded resources. Manage the joint value proposition with authorized training partners, promote digital partner offerings across owned channels, track campaign ROI, and collaborate cross-functionally on marketing collateral and enablement. The role requires marketing program leadership, partner/channel marketing expertise, data-driven optimization, and familiarity with marketing and CRM tools.

Manage IT training delivery, client and instructor relationships, trainer onboarding, class scheduling, evaluations, student issue resolution, and continuous service improvement. The role also focuses on maximizing revenue delivery, reducing cancellations and revenue leakage, maintaining accurate instructor records, resolving training delivery reports, and ensuring excellent feedback and stakeholder communication in a fully remote environment.

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, data models, DAX measures, and automated refresh solutions. Integrate SQL, Excel, API, and other data sources; optimize report performance; implement row-level security and governance; ensure data accuracy; gather stakeholder requirements; and collaborate with engineers and analysts on ETL and data pipeline improvements.
