Support commercial account operations including client onboarding, account maintenance, transaction processing, data validation, issue escalation, operational reporting, regulatory submissions, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance and collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Designs, implements, and refines threat detection and response use cases aligned with MITRE ATT&CK and the Cyber Kill Chain. Collaborates with threat intelligence, incident response, forensics, and security operations teams; analyzes attack patterns; participates in red-team and penetration-testing exercises; develops security metrics and management reports; and leads junior analysts as needed. The role requires expertise in security monitoring, incident response, forensics, network and host controls, cloud security, and multiple forensic and SIEM tools.

Application Engineer responsible for installing, upgrading, configuring, supporting, and maintaining compliance applications in UNIX, Java, Oracle, and AIX environments. The role includes troubleshooting, root cause analysis, vendor and business coordination, SLA-driven issue resolution, Jira and incident-ticket management, requirements analysis, SDLC project support, vulnerability remediation, and SME support for L1 teams.
