Leads end-to-end mechanical and electrical infrastructure projects for data centers, including scoping, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, contractor and vendor coordination, site execution, inspections, risk assessments, design reviews, quality control, compliance, and stakeholder reporting. The role ensures projects meet technical, safety, environmental, budget, timeline, and high-availability requirements with minimal operational disruption.

Design, develop, and modernize enterprise Sitecore content management platforms. Build scalable Sitecore solutions, headless integrations, APIs, and digital architectures while optimizing performance, reliability, security, and compliance. Collaborate with product, design, DevOps, and marketing teams to deliver integrated web experiences. Troubleshoot complex platform issues, enforce engineering standards, and mentor mid-level developers in an agile environment.

Leads end-to-end acquisition of strategic data center sites, including site identification, due diligence, utility and power assessment, commercial negotiations, site-control agreements, governance, approvals, and transaction closure. Partners with legal, finance, engineering, utilities, brokers, landowners, and government authorities to secure expansion-ready sites and manage commercial, regulatory, environmental, and stakeholder risks.
