Responsible for the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of Machine Learning models, collaborating with teams, and managing deployment lifecycles.

Manage and optimize data center network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers). Perform advanced troubleshooting and RCA for LAN/WAN issues, configure OSPF/BGP/VXLAN and spine-leaf fabrics, manage VPNs and access controls, and collaborate with L1/L2 teams, OEM vendors, and server/storage teams to resolve escalations in a high-availability environment.

Manage end-to-end Salesforce case queues for enterprise global accounts, process orders, inventory, billing and profile updates, collaborate with Billing, Sales, Operations and Product Support, and ensure SLA compliance and complete documentation for case resolution.
