The Associate Specialist in Presales will design and position enterprise networking solutions, support sales, engage with customers, and deliver technical proposals with a strong focus on networking technologies.

Manage and grow customer accounts within the IT distribution channel by driving revenue, developing account plans, solution selling, collaborating with partners and vendors, maintaining pipeline/forecasts, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through cross-functional coordination.

Serve as primary contact for emerging client accounts, build and grow relationships, identify upsell opportunities, coordinate internal teams to deliver solutions, and help meet revenue and retention targets.
