Leads enterprise endpoint management strategy, platform ownership, security compliance, device lifecycle processes, service operations, transformation programs, vendor relationships, and technical team development. Oversees Intune, Jamf Pro, ManageEngine Endpoint Central, Autopilot, Apple enrollment, endpoint security, patching, automation, incident management, KPIs, and geographically distributed teams supporting large-scale environments.

Provides technical presales support throughout the sales cycle, including RFI/RFP responses, solution proposals, demonstrations, consultative workshops, account planning, and partner collaboration. The role translates customer business and technical requirements into storage and data infrastructure solutions, supports executive presentations, develops trusted-advisor relationships, and facilitates presales-to-postsale transitions. Strong customer-facing communication, presentation, quantitative, collaboration, and consultative selling skills are required, along with extensive data center, storage, and object storage experience.

Manage and grow strategic enterprise accounts across APAC by developing account plans, exceeding sales quotas, identifying customer needs, and positioning Hitachi’s technology solutions. Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting through contract closure, build executive relationships, coordinate internal delivery teams, maintain forecasts and CRM records, monitor market activity, and represent the company at industry events. The role requires extensive enterprise technology or industrial solutions sales experience and travel to client sites or events.
