Supports sales teams and partners throughout the presales cycle by gathering requirements, preparing RFI/RFP responses, developing joint solutions, conducting demonstrations, leading consultative workshops, and translating product capabilities into customer value. The role serves as a technical liaison across customers, partners, professional services, and product teams, while supporting the transition from presales to implementation. Strong customer-facing communication, storage and object storage expertise, and at least eight years of experience are required.

Designs, configures, implements, tests, commissions, and supports MES, industrial automation, control, and power system solutions. Coordinates hardware integration, acceptance testing, technical documentation, troubleshooting, and customer-site commissioning. Ensures project schedule, budget, quality, safety, and technical compliance while serving as a technical liaison among customers, project teams, and global offices. Contributes to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the engineering organization.

Manage and grow strategic enterprise accounts across APAC by developing account plans, achieving sales quotas, building executive relationships, identifying customer needs, leading complex sales cycles, negotiating contracts, and coordinating internal delivery teams. The role requires presenting technology and industrial solutions, maintaining forecasts and CRM activity records, monitoring market trends, and representing the company at industry events.
