The Commercial Account Manager will manage key accounts, build client relationships, achieve sales targets, and coordinate with internal teams.

Design, deploy and manage Exchange Online and related Microsoft 365 services. Administer mail flow, transport rules, security policies, retention, legal holds and eDiscovery. Troubleshoot messaging issues, perform message tracing, and support Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint administration. Manage Azure AD user accounts, permissions and ensure governance and compliance across the environment.

Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers). Monitor performance, troubleshoot connectivity and security incidents, enforce network security policies, perform audits, maintain network documentation, collaborate with IT teams, participate in on-call rotations, and evaluate new networking technologies.
