The role requires presenting technology and industrial solutions, maintaining forecasts and CRM activity records, monitoring market trends, and representing the company at industry events.

Provides first-line, multi-region IT support to end users, troubleshooting hardware, software, access, network, directory, email, and workplace issues. Manages incidents and service requests in ticketing systems, prioritizes tasks, meets SLAs, escalates complex cases, communicates status updates, maintains documentation, and supports internal IT projects. Requires experience with Windows 11, macOS, end-user troubleshooting, basic AD, DHCP, DNS, and customer service.

Manages strategic Central Government accounts across APAC, developing account plans, identifying opportunities, selling complex technology and industrial solutions, and managing the full sales cycle through contract closure. Builds executive relationships, collaborates with technical and professional services teams, forecasts pipeline, monitors competitors, and ensures client satisfaction and retention. The role requires extensive enterprise government sales experience, strong understanding of IT and digital transformation, CRM proficiency, and travel to client sites and events.
