Manage and grow strategic enterprise accounts across APAC by developing account plans, exceeding sales quotas, identifying customer needs, and positioning Hitachi’s technology solutions. Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting through contract closure, build executive relationships, coordinate internal delivery teams, maintain forecasts and CRM records, monitor market activity, and represent the company at industry events. The role requires extensive enterprise technology or industrial solutions sales experience and travel to client sites or events.

Leads technical sales and presales activities for core storage and data modernization solutions across India. Designs customer solutions, supports RFIs and RFPs, conducts workshops, demonstrations, proof-of-concept engagements, and technical validations. Acts as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on storage, data protection, virtualization, and containerized workloads. Partners with sales, product, engineering, and management teams to strengthen competitive positioning, grow pipeline, close revenue, and communicate customer and market needs.

Manages and designs network and IT architectures, including router administration, network monitoring, security systems, firewalls, and access controls. Develops network test plans, integrates IP networks, evaluates performance, troubleshoots architecture issues, and recommends enhancements. The role collaborates with engineers and stakeholders on system requirements, configurations, IT programs, and technical documentation while supporting network roadmaps and process improvements.

Supports sales teams and partners throughout the presales cycle by gathering requirements, preparing RFI/RFP responses, developing joint solutions, conducting demonstrations, leading consultative workshops, and translating product capabilities into customer value. The role serves as a technical liaison across customers, partners, professional services, and product teams, while supporting the transition from presales to implementation. Strong customer-facing communication, storage and object storage expertise, and at least eight years of experience are required.

Designs, configures, implements, tests, commissions, and supports MES, industrial automation, control, and power system solutions. Coordinates hardware integration, acceptance testing, technical documentation, troubleshooting, and customer-site commissioning. Ensures project schedule, budget, quality, safety, and technical compliance while serving as a technical liaison among customers, project teams, and global offices. Contributes to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the engineering organization.
