Manage dealer and distributor relationships across an assigned rural territory to drive distribution, achieve sales targets, expand business, and execute market communication and promotional activities. Requires strong market and product knowledge, distribution management experience, and frequent travel within the territory.

Owner for regional business development of LV/MV switchgear: drive sales through end users, MEP/PMC consultants and panel builders; prepare MIS and forecasts; run technical seminars, demos and factory visits; support technical approvals, competitor analysis and achieve monthly value/volume targets.

Manage store and partial dispatch/logistics activities: receive, store, issue materials to production; control outside job work; conduct physical verifications and perpetual inventory; manage audits; enforce store SOPs; produce store MIS; perform location mapping, space calculation, lean operations, productivity improvements, and foster Kaizen culture.
