Make outbound calls to clients for follow-ups and billing queries, record interactions and update Tally and internal databases, assist finance team with data synchronization, maintain confidentiality, and resolve client payment/account issues.

Manage and strengthen long-term client relationships as primary point of contact. Resolve client issues, identify needs, coordinate with internal teams, maintain CRM records, conduct regular follow-ups, and implement retention strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Serve as primary client liaison in Darya Ganj, building and maintaining relationships, resolving inquiries, documenting CRM interactions, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting customer retention and service-improvement initiatives.
