The Sales Manager promotes saving accounts, drives recruitment and training of sales staff, and ensures compliance and performance to meet sales targets.

Assess and underwrite credit proposals for midmarket and NBFC clients, analyze financials and business viability, recommend credit actions and structures, ensure proper grading and documentation, manage stakeholder relationships, and improve underwriting processes. Lead high-value deals (>= ₹200 crore) and handle structured, acquisition, and project finance transactions, including financial model review.

Drive regional growth for EL, PL, LAS and digital loans by identifying opportunities, setting targets, managing channel partners, and leading an off-roll field sales team. Expand portfolios through direct and indirect sourcing, telecalling, digital platforms and partnerships. Ensure superior customer experience by maintaining TATs and service levels, while adhering to regulatory and internal compliance standards and improving operational efficiency.
