Supports the Bank’s legal, compliance, risk, litigation, and recovery activities. Reviews and drafts loan, mortgage, escrow, security, and commercial agreements; provides legal opinions on lending and business matters; conducts due diligence; advises on regulatory and contractual compliance; identifies legal risks; monitors litigation and recovery actions; coordinates with lawyers and authorities; and handles criminal complaints and death claim cases.

The Senior Relationship Manager is responsible for managing the securitization product, ensuring compliance, fostering stakeholder relationships, and sourcing business from financial institutions and PSUs.

Manage post sanction credit operations, ensuring compliance, credit documentation, and liaising with stakeholders for efficient credit facility release and audits.
