The Zonal Credit Head will oversee a team of Credit Analysts, manage SME/MSME credit cases, ensure portfolio quality, and collaborate on credit strategy.
- Zonal Credit Head will manage a team of Credit Analysts, Approve SME/MSME cases within delegated powers.
- Responsible for quality of the credit portfolio of the region, shall be able to contribute towards process/policy/product changes related to credit.
- Lead and develop the SME/MSME credit team, guiding them to meet objectives.
- Assess and approve medium ticket credit exposures, evaluating client performance through financial analysis and industry insight.
- Collaborate with business and clients to structure beneficial facilities.
- Own the quality of the regional SME/MSME portfolio, implementing controls and monitoring for improvement.
- Track industry developments and propose portfolio changes.
- Provide independent credit risk assessment, reporting loan book performance comprehensively and timely.
- Liaise with auditors to address any audit observations.
Qualification: CA/ MBA Finance
Experience: 10 to 20 years.
