Crexi's work-life balance is ideal in my opinion. The expectation is to come in, put in the time and get your job done. There are high job expectations for each role. I enjoy that we have unlimited vacation and we get to leave early on Friday every once in a while. I believe having a great work-life balance is key to having happy employees.
