Prepare and validate bid costing sheets, analyze pricing, profitability, margins, and commercial risks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on project financial requirements. Own approved costings through project closure, monitor financial performance, review cost overruns, drive corrective actions, and conduct post-project profitability reviews to improve costing accuracy and financial governance.

Serves as the primary technical resource for sales support, guiding customer technology evaluations and validating solutions for specific applications. Partners with sales engineering teams as a technical advisor and product advocate, ensuring successful system deployments from design through installation. Provides advanced or escalated product support and supports future business opportunities.

Designs, deploys, administers, and optimizes Microsoft Azure infrastructure, including virtual machines, networks, storage, and platform services. Monitors cloud health, performance, availability, and capacity; performs root cause analysis; and resolves complex infrastructure issues. Manages Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments, applies Azure governance frameworks, and automates infrastructure using Terraform, PowerShell, ARM templates, and Bicep.
