Teams at Black Box

Provides on-site technical support, installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept deployments for KVM and AV systems. Collaborates with sales and engineering teams on tailored customer solutions, pre-sales consultations, product feedback, documentation, and post-sales support. Requires customer communication, independent project management, travel to customer sites, and a valid driver’s license.

Supports backend sales operations activities and related administrative processes.

Serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and BI/IT teams by translating requirements into analytics solutions. Defines KPIs, guides Power BI and SQL development, validates data and dashboards, coordinates UAT, supports governance and standardization, trains users, and drives adoption of business intelligence tools. Partners with Sales, Finance, Delivery, and Operations leaders to deliver actionable insights and measurable business outcomes.
