Leads complex technical initiatives across Engineering, Product, AI, and Operations. Owns AI/ML infrastructure pipelines, model serving, evaluation, execution planning, delivery dashboards, AI performance metrics, cross-functional alignment, and responsible AI practices. The role translates technical and business needs into structured plans while improving delivery speed, quality, accuracy, latency, and cost.

Support end-to-end hiring for technical and non-technical roles across India and international markets. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, coordinating screenings and interviews, maintaining ATS records and recruitment trackers, communicating with candidates and hiring teams, and supporting employer branding, campus hiring, hiring analytics, and process improvement initiatives.

Create performance-driven copy for paid and digital channels, including ads, landing pages, campaigns, video scripts, hooks, headlines, and messaging angles. Translate customer insights and performance data into creative concepts, test and iterate quickly, and optimize messaging for attention, engagement, click-through, and conversion across platforms such as Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

Own the growth product strategy and roadmap across acquisition, activation, engagement, referrals, rewards, and retention. Lead product-led growth loops, funnel optimization, experimentation, and lifecycle programs. Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Analytics to identify opportunities, make data-informed decisions, and deliver scalable experiences across markets and customer segments.

Process visa applications from submission through outcome by reviewing documents, tracking case progress, coordinating with customers, consulates, embassies, and internal teams, resolving issues, and communicating updates. The role requires accurate, organized execution, strong customer communication, data protection, and ownership in a fast-paced, in-office six-day work environment.

Lead Atlys’s visual direction across brand, social, performance marketing, web, and offline experiences. Develop creative concepts, evolve the visual identity, and guide projects from ideation through execution. Manage and develop the graphic design team, establish a high creative standard, and collaborate with Marketing, Content, and Product to deliver distinctive work quickly across digital and physical channels.

Supports end-to-end visa application fulfilment by reviewing documentation, communicating requirements and next steps to customers, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, tracking case progress, escalating issues, and maintaining accurate, confidential customer data. This in-office internship requires strong attention to detail, organisation, reliability, clear communication, digital fluency, and willingness to work hands-on in a fast-paced environment on a six-day work week.

Source, pitch, close, onboard, and grow Atlys for Business customers. The role requires converting 30 new organizations monthly, making 50+ daily calls, conducting high-volume demos, tailoring pitches, managing the sales pipeline, owning onboarding through the first transaction, and maintaining commercial relationships after launch.

Create engaging travel-focused video content covering news, destinations, culture, tips, reviews, and global events. Own concepts from research and scripting through storyboarding and on-camera recording, collaborate with video editors, respond quickly to trends, and use performance metrics to improve content formats and storytelling.

Owns end-to-end product design across the Atlys app and website, from discovery and user research through prototyping, execution, and launch. Simplifies complex visa and travel journeys, partners with Product and Engineering, validates designs using user feedback and data, and builds scalable design systems. The role requires strong interaction, visual, systems, and product-thinking skills in a fast-moving technology environment.

Own the AI, backend, and infrastructure organizations, setting technical direction and scaling systems for a global travel platform. Build production multi-agent systems with durable execution, evaluation infrastructure, guardrails, and cost controls. Lead backend architecture, infrastructure automation, observability, developer platforms, and platform engineering. Hire and develop engineering leaders, managers, and senior individual contributors while maintaining a high technical and execution standard.

Own and grow a portfolio of partnerships with card networks, banks, airlines, travel platforms, and fintechs. Launch 4–5 new partnerships monthly, develop commercial structures, conduct senior-level outreach, and coordinate product, operations, legal, and procurement teams through go-live. The role requires strong writing, commercial judgment, first-principles reasoning, relationship-building, ownership, and comfort operating without an established playbook.
