Full-time, in-office fellowship for final-year students and recent graduates. Fellows gain hands-on experience across growth, research, strategy, visa operations, customer experience, product, and process improvement. Responsibilities include researching business problems, improving customer journeys and workflows, managing projects, collaborating cross-functionally, and presenting a capstone solution to leadership.
