The RoleWe’re looking for a User-Led Growth Lead to turn our 1M+ travellers into one of Atlys’s most powerful growth channels.
You’ll own the referral & affiliate program end to end, from how it is constructed and how it shows up in the product to the data and operations that make it run, working closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing and Data.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who has built something from scratch and can own both the strategy and the execution.
Own the referral program construct, the incentives, reward economics and placement in the traveller journey, rebuilt from first principles and extended with new levers like an affiliate program.
Reimagine the referral experience with Product and Engineering, from discovery and sharing to reward redemption across the app and website, shipping experiments that move the numbers.
Understand who refers and why, digging into data on non-referrers, new referrers and power referrers and running motivation studies that turn into targeted interventions.
Build the processes behind the program, from reward fulfilment to reporting, so it runs reliably at scale.
Run a tight ship on delivery, executing referral and UGC campaigns relentlessly, paying every reward on time and catching fraud before it scales.
The Ideal Candidate
You’ll likely thrive in this role if you:
Have 3–4 years of experience in growth, product or strategy roles at a startup.
Have built something from 0 to 1, ideally a referral, loyalty or user-led growth program, and taken it from idea to scale.
Are a first-principle thinker who is deeply data-driven and lets numbers, not opinions, guide decisions.
Have a strong grasp of consumer psychology and product, and understand how incentives, timing and UX shape user behaviour.
Are execution-heavy with strong ops diligence: you sweat the details, close loops and ship fast.
