Teams at Apraava Energy

Collects and analyzes data from AMI sites, prepares MIS reports, dashboards, presentations, and management briefings. Supports senior management with agendas, minutes, action trackers, deadlines, and periodic updates. Coordinates with internal departments and state teams to gather information, ensure timely submissions, and support cross-functional reporting. Requires strong Excel, PowerPoint, analytical, presentation, follow-up, and attention-to-detail skills, with an MBA, M.Com, or B.Tech and at least four years of experience.

Leads bidding, contracting, vendor negotiations, contract amendments, cost and IRR monitoring, contractor performance management, claims, payment reconciliation, and contract closure for transmission and renewable infrastructure projects. Coordinates with engineering, procurement, finance, legal, project teams, contractors, OEMs, and government bodies. Maintains cost databases, monitors commodity trends, supports reporting, and ensures audit-ready documentation and compliance with approved business cases.

Leads contracting and commercial activities for transmission and renewable infrastructure projects, including bidding support, vendor negotiations, contract preparation, amendments, cost and IRR monitoring, contractor performance, claims, and contract closure.
