Lead technical IT/OT implementation and support for AMI projects, coordinate with system integrators and DISCOMs, ensure IT infrastructure sizing and performance, develop/oversee WFM/consumer/web applications, monitor SLAs, and support go-live and O&M phases.

Lead IT/OT implementation and support for AMI projects, ensure IT infrastructure readiness, review AMI designs, coordinate with system integrators and DISCOMs, manage SLAs, and oversee development of WFM, consumer app, and web portal to achieve successful project Go-Live.

Responsible for managing the AMI supply chain, including strategic planning, inventory management, vendor processing, compliance, and technical review of meter suppliers.
