Lead a ₹200 Cr EPC business with full P&L ownership, driving strategy, revenue, profitability, order-book growth, project execution, procurement, contracts, and commercial performance. Build client, government, partner, and vendor relationships; ensure quality, safety, timelines, margins, cash flow, and risk management. Develop the leadership team, strengthen governance, pursue geographic and segment expansion, and report strategic progress to the Board and promoters.

The Chief Growth Officer/COO will lead business strategy, growth, multi-location project execution, P&L management, commercial operations, client relationships, governance, and organizational development. The role oversees landscape EPC, horticulture, irrigation, and green infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery, profitability, quality, compliance, and operational scalability. Responsibilities include business development, contracts, procurement, financial planning, performance reporting, leadership development, and stakeholder management across India.

Manage end-to-end AEPS cash withdrawal operations, troubleshoot biometric and face-ID authentication issues, coordinate with banks, vendors, NPCI/UIDAI partners, support device onboarding/certification, ensure compliance with guidelines, handle reconciliation and escalations, and act as SME for operations and customer support.

Manage corporate and leadership social media accounts with primary focus on LinkedIn and secondary on Instagram. Develop content calendars, craft thought-leadership and culture content, engage communities, monitor analytics, and present monthly performance reports. Ensure consistent brand voice while collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Lead regional P&L and operations for Delhi NCR: set strategy, develop SOPs and MIS, manage site takeovers, monitor resource utilization, invoicing and collections, asset maintenance, QA/compliance, budgets, recruitment, and team development to drive cost savings and operational excellence across SBUs.

Lead and manage daily operational activities, perform operational checks, ensure process compliance, coordinate cross-functional teams, analyze and report operational data, maintain MIS and documentation, and identify process gaps to recommend efficiencies.

Make outbound calls to customers, retailers, and channel partners to explain fintech products (DMT, AEPS, bill payments, POS), follow up on KYC and pending documents, coordinate onboarding with operations, update customer/partner records, escalate and track issue resolution, and maintain daily call logs and reports.

Support legal and compliance functions by managing litigations, drafting and reviewing contracts, coordinating with external counsel, and ensuring regulatory and internal policy compliance. Monitor legal developments, handle disputes and legal notices, and align policies across departments in a fintech environment.

Lead and scale the end-to-end aggregation ecosystem for a gig- and marketplace-focused business. Build hub-and-spoke operating models, onboard and manage aggregators/partners, define SOPs and compliance, use analytics to monitor performance, drive business development and marketing, build high-performing teams, and ensure superior customer experience while supporting product and e-commerce operations.

Lead and scale end-to-end operations for landscape, horticulture, irrigation, and EPC projects across India. Own P&L, drive project delivery on time and within budget, improve margins, and implement operational governance, SOPs, and MIS. Build business development channels, strategic partnerships, and a high-performance leadership team while ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, procurement controls, and client satisfaction.

Serve as a contractual Virtual CFO focused on M&A: develop M&A strategy, lead target evaluation, valuation and financial modelling, manage due diligence, negotiate and structure deals, coordinate advisors, advise promoters/board, and support post-merger integration and value realization.
