Make calls to customers, retailers, and channel partners; explain fintech services; follow up on KYC, documents, onboarding, and operational requirements; update records; identify and escalate concerns; track resolutions; and maintain daily call reports and feedback.

Own P&L, drive project delivery on time and within budget, improve margins, and implement operational governance, SOPs, and MIS. Build business development channels, strategic partnerships, and a high-performance leadership team while ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, procurement controls, and client satisfaction.

Serve as a contractual Virtual CFO focused on M&A: develop M&A strategy, lead target evaluation, valuation and financial modelling, manage due diligence, negotiate and structure deals, coordinate advisors, advise promoters/board, and support post-merger integration and value realization.
