Support legal and compliance functions by managing litigations, drafting and reviewing contracts, coordinating with external counsel, and ensuring regulatory and internal policy compliance. Monitor legal developments, handle disputes and legal notices, and align policies across departments in a fintech environment.

Make outbound calls to customers, retailers, and channel partners to explain fintech products (DMT, AEPS, bill payments, POS), follow up on KYC and pending documents, coordinate onboarding with operations, update customer/partner records, escalate and track issue resolution, and maintain daily call logs and reports.

Lead and manage daily operational activities, perform operational checks, ensure process compliance, coordinate cross-functional teams, analyze and report operational data, maintain MIS and documentation, and identify process gaps to recommend efficiencies.

Manage end-to-end AEPS cash withdrawal operations, troubleshoot biometric and face-ID authentication issues, coordinate with banks, vendors, NPCI/UIDAI partners, support device onboarding/certification, ensure compliance with guidelines, handle reconciliation and escalations, and act as SME for operations and customer support.

Manage corporate and leadership social media accounts with primary focus on LinkedIn and secondary on Instagram. Develop content calendars, craft thought-leadership and culture content, engage communities, monitor analytics, and present monthly performance reports. Ensure consistent brand voice while collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Lead regional P&L and operations for Delhi NCR: set strategy, develop SOPs and MIS, manage site takeovers, monitor resource utilization, invoicing and collections, asset maintenance, QA/compliance, budgets, recruitment, and team development to drive cost savings and operational excellence across SBUs.
