Own the company’s brand identity, voice, visual language, and positioning across product and marketing. Lead UX strategy and design for consumer health journeys, establish design systems and standards, and partner with product, marketing, and clinical teams. This hands-on individual contributor role requires balancing strategic brand direction with execution, including shipping redesigned user flows and bringing expertise in consumer health, wellness, and behavior-change design.

Runs the studio’s AI-powered outbound engine across email and LinkedIn. Responsibilities include building and enriching target lists, configuring sending infrastructure, maintaining deliverability, writing cold emails, executing multi-touch campaigns, tracking performance, and optimizing results. The role initially supports healthcare thesis research and early sales outreach, later expanding to fund and LP outreach. It requires hands-on AI workflow development, strong written English, independent ownership, rapid learning, and interest in building a go-to-market function.

Conduct market landscaping and stakeholder research to identify underserved healthcare opportunities; validate ideas via pilots and interviews; design investable venture concepts, go-to-market strategies, and unit economics; present opportunities for seed funding; support launch sprints; and provide strategic and operational support to portfolio companies, including performance tracking and management reporting.
