Own the company’s brand identity, voice, visual language, and positioning across product and marketing. Lead UX strategy and design for consumer health journeys, establish design systems and standards, and partner with product, marketing, and clinical teams. This hands-on individual contributor role requires balancing strategic brand direction with execution, including shipping redesigned user flows and bringing expertise in consumer health, wellness, and behavior-change design.

Own B2C growth and performance marketing for BeatO’s diabetes-care programs. Manage paid acquisition across Meta, Google, programmatic, and app-install channels; optimize the full funnel from awareness through retention; develop new go-to-market strategies; manage budgets, CAC, LTV, ROAS, and attribution reporting; and coordinate agencies, partners, product, sales, care, and clinical teams. The role also supports organic, lifecycle, content, partnership, and on-ground marketing initiatives.

Lead Delhi NCR city business end-to-end: acquire and activate doctors/clinics, drive partner retention and satisfaction, run city P&L, build city operations and team, and translate partner feedback into product/service improvements.
