Conduct market landscaping and stakeholder research to identify underserved healthcare opportunities; validate ideas via pilots and interviews; design investable venture concepts, go-to-market strategies, and unit economics; present opportunities for seed funding; support launch sprints; and provide strategic and operational support to portfolio companies, including performance tracking and management reporting.

Lead design and execution of Sukoon's people systems to protect culture, hire and develop clinical and operational leaders, reduce burnout, enforce accountability, and scale consistent, humane care across locations.

Own and scale Sukoon's university community revenue: convert partnerships into recurring campus revenue by building upsell products, proving unit economics and playbooks, managing pipeline/CRM/proposals, driving campus acquisition, and personally closing deals while replicating the model across new campuses.
