Requirements

Role Summary

BeatO is looking for a Senior Manager – Marketing to own growth marketing for its B2C and service-led care programs. This is a hybrid strategist-operator role: the person will be expected to design new go-to-market approaches and continuously optimize the acquisition-to-enrolment funnel, while also staying hands-on with day-to-day campaign execution. The role splits roughly 60% performance marketing (paid acquisition, funnel optimization, budget ownership) and 40% other marketing efforts (organic, lifecycle, partnerships, and campaign support), and is based in BeatO's Delhi office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own performance marketing end-to-end across paid channels (Meta, Google, programmatic, app-install campaigns) to drive acquisition and enrolment into BeatO's care programs — roughly 60% of the role.
  • Design and test new GTM approaches for BeatO's B2C/service-led programs: audience segments, channel mixes, offers, and pricing or bundling experiments, rather than only running the existing playbook.
  • Own full-funnel optimization from awareness through app install/lead capture, trial, paid conversion, and program retention, working closely with product, growth, and care teams.
  • Execute and support other marketing efforts (~40%): organic/social, lifecycle and CRM campaigns, content, partnerships, and on-ground or BTL activity as needed.
  • Set up and monitor CAC, LTV, ROAS, and attribution dashboards; report performance and funnel health regularly to leadership.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and platform partners for paid media, creative, and content production.
  • Own budget allocation across channels and campaigns to hit acquisition volume and CAC targets.
  • Partner closely with sales/care and clinical teams to ensure the marketing funnel is aligned with actual member outcomes and business goals, not just top-of-funnel metrics.

Requirements (Must-Haves)

  • Experience in B2C marketing or B2C service-led growth, ideally within health, wellness, fintech, or subscription-led consumer businesses.
  • Hands-on, current experience running performance marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, app campaigns) — this is not a strategy-only or purely managerial role.
  • A track record of building or testing new GTM approaches, not only executing an existing channel plan.
  • Full-funnel thinking: comfortable owning both top-of-funnel awareness metrics and bottom-of-funnel conversion/enrolment numbers.
  • Comfortable working with data and dashboards (Google Analytics, app analytics/CRM platforms, ad-platform reporting).
  • Willingness and ability to work in-office in Delhi.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in healthtech, digital health, or a subscription/program-led D2C business.
  • Experience managing external agencies alongside a lean in-house team.
  • Familiarity with app growth and retention tools (e.g. CleverTap, MoEngage, or similar).
  • MBA or equivalent qualification, though not a strict requirement given relevant hands-on experience.
