The right candidate will work in conjunction with the Finance on accounting-related tasks. This person will be responsible for receivables, payables, reconciliation, payroll, and data entry.
Location: Janakpuri 110058, New Delhi
(Currently, Work from Home allowed due to the COVID situation but must be willing to work onsite)
Working Hours: Night Shifts (US TImezone: 7:30 PM to 4: 30 AM)

Responsibilities
- Perform US payroll functions, including collecting timesheets, invoices from contractors, forms, compute wages and deductions, tracking PTOs. reimbursements, T&E, etc.
- Assist in reconciliation of accounts and balance sheets
- Assist in accounts payable activities
- Assist in accounts receivable activities including revenue recognition
- Help with preparing financial reports
- Interpret and apply accounting policies, rules, and regulations to ensure compliance with applicable standards
Required Skills
- Degree in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Finance, or a similar field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience working on US accounting, bookkeeping, and payroll activities
- Knowledge and understanding of US GAAP
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient skills in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger
