Lead DentalKart’s end-to-end UX/UI design function across web and mobile products. Define the design vision and scalable design system, improve journeys such as search, product pages, cart, checkout, and onboarding, and conduct user research and usability testing. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and leadership; mentor the design team; maintain quality standards; and use AI-powered tools to accelerate design exploration, prototyping, and productivity.
We are looking for an experienced Head of Design – UX/UI, App & Web (AI-Native) to lead the end-to-end product design function for DentalKart's web and mobile applications. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for defining the design vision, building scalable design systems, improving user experience, driving conversion through design, and leveraging AI-powered design workflows to accelerate innovation.
- Lead the end-to-end UX/UI design strategy across web and mobile applications.
- Define and maintain a premium, scalable design language and design system.
- Design intuitive user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
- Improve key customer journeys including Search, Product Detail Pages (PDP), Cart, Checkout, and Onboarding.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership teams.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze customer behavior to improve product experience.
- Mentor and lead the design team while maintaining high design quality standards.
- Utilize AI-powered design tools to improve design exploration, prototyping, and productivity.
