Territory Sales Manager- Bilaspur, Cons. Repl. Sales

• You will take full ownership of sales targets and drive market share growth in your assigned territory.
• You will build and nurture strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and retailers.
• You will drive demand generation through impactful dealer engagement, promotional activities, and consumer-focused initiatives.
• You will monitor competitor activities and market trends, turning insights into actionable strategies.
• You will ensure effective execution of Goodyear’s sales programs, pricing structures, and distribution policies.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to provide a seamless customer experience.
• You will track performance metrics, analyze sales data, and report progress with clear, actionable recommendations.

• You bring 3+ years of proven sales experience in FMCG, automotive, or consumer durables, preferably with exposure to the tire industry.
• You bring a strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• You bring an excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• You bring the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make sound business decisions.
• You bring a willingness to travel extensively within your territory.
