Summary:
As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architectures tailored for platforms, products, or specific engagements. This role requires defining innovative solutions that address critical aspects such as performance optimization, capability enhancement, and scalability to support evolving business needs. The position demands a strategic approach to ensure that architectural frameworks align with organizational goals while fostering seamless integration and adaptability across various technological environments.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies to enhance architectural frameworks.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to support professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of technology strategies with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Extend.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and high-performance technology architectures.
- Experience in integrating complex systems and ensuring interoperability across platforms.
- Ability to analyze and resolve architectural challenges with innovative solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and deployment models relevant to enterprise environments.
- Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to drive architectural consistency and best practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Workday Extend.
- This position is based at our New Delhi office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
