Location: Remote - BRA / Hybrid - São Paulo

About the Role:

As a Customer Success Apprentice at CrowdStrike, you’ll make a difference in global security by protecting organizations against the most advanced attackers in the world. Our CrowdStrike virtual security operations center offers opportunities to expand your skill set through a wide variety of experiences, detecting and responding to incidents as they occur in real-time for our customers.

 

What You’ll Do:

Ideally, you will be expected to work around 24 hours a week on projects including, but not limited to:

  • Monitoring, triaging and researching technical support requests

  • Assisting the CS Operations team in report creation and analysis

  • Collecting feedback from internal stakeholders on process effectiveness

  • Developing communications and digital content to engage customers

  • Working on pilot programs for major initiatives

  • Creating customer facing health checks and reports

 

What You'll Need:

  • This program falls under Brazil’s Apprentice Law 10.097/00, which requires candidates to be under 24 years old

  • An eagerness to learn through hands-on experience and collaborative projects specific to your apprenticeship field

  • Although CrowdStrike is a primarily remote company, collaboration is intrinsic to the success of our mission. Therefore, the strongest applicants will be those who can communicate effectively and frequently, and work well with fellow apprentices and employees

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English

 

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with a data analytics or business intelligence platform

  • Cybersecurity or computer science major preferred

  • Scripting or cybersecurity background

  • Project management experience
