We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead technical projects from concept to completion. In this position, you will work closely with engineering, product management, and business customers to deliver solutions that drive business impact. Responsibilities include setting the strategic direction of programs, crafting roadmaps, managing risks, and ensuring delivery across multiple teams!
What you'll get to do...
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource requirements. Manage communication with collaborators, including reporting, status updates, and risk management
- Facilitate cross-functional coordination between engineering, product, QA, operations, and other departments
- Identify and minimize risks, resolve conflicts, and remove roadblocks
- Define success metrics, supervise performance indicators, and continuously improve program execution processes
Your experiences should include...
- 3+ years of experience in handling technical programs in a tech-focused setting
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale programs across distributed teams
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence and drive alignment across diverse collaborators
You might also have...
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, APIs and security domains
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence and similar
- Agile or Scrum certification
