DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role
- Strong understanding of network design principles, strategies and best practices.1
- In depth understanding of TCP/IP protocol stack and operation
- Good knowledge of Network Security technologies such as Firewall, Proxy, LDAP, SAML, MFA, Antivirus, NAC / authentication, Certificate chaining etc.
- Must possess advanced hands-on implementation knowledge of Firewall from any Vendors like Versa, Fortinet, Palo Alto etc.
- Good knowledge on WAN technologies and protocols like MPLS, MPLS based VPNs, BGP, OSPF, ISIS, LDP, RSVP.
- Strong understanding on VPNs and Overlay technologies like IPSec VPNs, DMVPN, GET-VPN, Group VPNs, GRE, NVGRE, VXLAN Duties and responsibilities 4
- Good Wireless Knowledge, who has work on HP Aruba, CISCO wieless
- Strong understanding and knowhow on wide range of technology on topics like cloud computing, SDN, NFV, information security etc.Duties and responsibilities
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you
The ideal Technical Consultant:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, Computer Application
- Carryout Proof of Concept on-site or off-site
- Troubleshoot complex network issues and problems.
- Translate business problems into High Level Designs and solutions.
- Design wired and wireless solution for customers
- Create implementation level details and help customers deploying Versa SD-WAN solution wired and wireless
- Good knowledge on WAN technologies and protocols like MPLS, MPLS based VPNs, BGP, OSPF, ISIS, LDP, RSVP.
