What you will do:
Install, configure, monitor, and maintain storage arrays and SAN switches; perform backups/restores, capacity planning, performance tuning, replication (SRDF/SnapMirror), firmware/patch upgrades, troubleshoot issues, raise OEM tickets, and collaborate with IT teams and customers for provisioning and solution implementation.
The skills you bring:-Hands-on experience with IBM FlashSystem/XIV/Spectrum Scale/DS, Pure FlashArrays, EMC VMAX/PowerMax/XtremIO/Unity, HPE 3PAR; strong Cisco MDS/Brocade SAN knowledge; expertise in NetWorker/Data Domain backup, troubleshooting, capacity planning, DR, change management, and clear customer communication.
