At Clario, part of Thermo Fisher Scientific we are looking for Lead Engineer (internally referred to as Technical Lead). This role is responsible for leading software development initiatives that drive innovation and high-quality delivery across Clario’s technology landscape. As a technical leader, you will guide engineering teams, influence architecture decisions, and contribute hands-on to solving complex technical challenges that support our mission of transforming clinical trials and improving patient outcomes.

Lead end-to-end software development efforts from design through deployment, ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions
Design, implement, and unit‑test software applications with a strong focus on Angular‑based frontend development, aligned with functional and product requirements.
Build and maintain complex, scalable, and maintainable applications, applying modern frontend architecture patterns and best practices.
Collaborate closely with Product, UX, and Backend teams to deliver high‑quality, user‑centric solutions.
Develop and maintain technical design documentation aligned to SDLC standards.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to shared engineering best practices, with a strong emphasis on frontend quality and consistency.
Mentor junior developers on Angular, frontend engineering methods, coding standards, and overall full‑stack best practices.
Partner with QA, Operations, and Product Development to coordinate release activities and ensure delivery of compliant, high‑quality software.
Willingness and ability to work in an EU shift (12:00 PM – 9:00 PM IST)
Advanced degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
Experience developing Angular and applications.
Experience in backend C# (preferred).
7+ years of software engineering experience, including strong familiarity with SDLC.
Proven expertise in object‑oriented and service‑oriented software development methodologies.
Knowledge of regulated or pharmaceutical industry environments (preferred).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, set priorities, and work independently with minimal supervision.
