Lead cross-functional teams delivering electronic Clinical Outcome Assessment studies from startup through closeout. Responsibilities include planning, documentation, device coordination, status reporting, timeline and budget management, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, issue resolution, regulatory archiving, client presentations, and team mentoring. The role supports U.S. customers from India while working Eastern Time Zone hours.

Leads complex global eCOA clinical studies from planning through closeout, managing timelines, budgets, risks, documentation, devices, quality, and client relationships. Provides operational oversight, mentorship, coaching, and development for Project Management team members. Partners with sponsors and cross-functional teams, supports clinical trial technology implementations, handles forecasting and invoicing, presents services, resolves escalations, and drives process improvements and strategic initiatives.

Validate eCOA study software and lead testing across multiple projects, including CSV deliverables, test strategy, execution (functional, integration, regression, performance, UAT), defect management, environment setup, audit-ready documentation, stakeholder communication, process improvements, and mentoring junior team members in a regulated clinical research environment.

Perform penetration testing, threat modeling, secure design reviews, and DevSecOps integration across web, API, cloud, and infrastructure. Embed security into SDLC, automate security validation in CI/CD, support vulnerability management, mentor teams, and drive Product Security program improvements.
