Leads gold loan customer acquisition and branch lending operations. Responsibilities include appraising gold, processing applications, verifying KYC documentation, managing disbursements and repayments, handling pledged-gold custody, supporting renewals and closures, cross-selling financial products, maintaining customer relationships, and preparing branch records and MIS reports.
- Source new Gold Loan customers and achieve business acquisition targets.
- Conduct accurate appraisal and valuation of gold ornaments as per company guidelines.
- Process Gold Loan applications and ensure completeness of documentation.
- Verify KYC documents and maintain regulatory compliance.
- Handle disbursement, renewal, part-payment, closure, and release of pledged gold.
- Manage customer relationships and address customer queries efficiently.
- Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers.
- Follow up with customers for renewals, overdue accounts, and repayments.
- Ensure safe handling, storage, and custody of pledged gold ornaments.
- Maintain branch records, registers, and MIS reports.
