Team Lead - Ad Operations

As an Ad Operations Team Leader on the Ad Operations team in our Gurgaon office, you’ll play a vital role in leading a team of ad operations specialists, ensuring seamless campaign execution, optimizing processes, and driving efficiency. You’ll leverage your expertise in digital advertising technologies to support team success, enhance workflows, and foster a collaborative work environment.

• 5+ years of overall corporate experience with at least 3 years in digital advertising, ad operations, or campaign management.

• 3+ years of experience managing a team, driving performance, and coaching employees.

• Hands-on experience with platforms like DV360, Taboola Ads, or similar.

• Proficiency in Excel and ability to create Salesforce reports for campaign analysis.

• Strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge, with basic SQL knowledge preferred.

• Experience creating impactful presentations and delivering key messages to stakeholders.

• A background in programmatic advertising and ad tech trends.
