About this Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Sourcing Manager to join the Purchasing organization at EAS (Ericsson Antenna System) based in Gurgaon, India.
As a member of our sourcing team, you will be responsible for specific commodities and play a key role in driving profitable business results through proactive supplier development and strategic supplier management.
You will qualify and negotiate supplier agreements for direct materials while managing supplier relationships with a focus on business value, performance, and risk - always aligned with your commercial responsibilities.

What you will do
• Develop and implement category strategies aligned with business and sourcing objectives • Lead, prepare, and execute the full RFx process • Conduct supplier negotiations and manage commercial agreements • Evaluate, select, and develop suppliers; ensure successful agreement implementation • Drive supply chain optimization, including localization or material bundling • Analyse market trends, supplier performance, and cost structures to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
What you will bring
Experience Required - minimum 8 years of experience• Bachelor's degree or higher• 3+ years of sourcing experience or technical expertise in a component-related field• Strong understanding of sourcing practices, processes, and strategic levers• Excellent communication and negotiation skills• Solid commercial acumen & skills• Experience with contract management, local laws & regulation knowledge• Ability to work both independently and effectively within a hybrid and cross-functional team environment
