What You’ll Do

• You’ll lead, guide, and support your team of ASMs and TSMs to achieve business goals through planning, reviews, and hands-on coaching
• You’ll identify, plan, and develop new customers in line with business development targets
• You’ll ensure consistent and high-quality contact, service, and support to meet and exceed sales targets
• You’ll monitor sales performance regularly and take corrective action when needed
• You’ll plan your own customer visits based on agreed service levels and segment priorities
• You’ll gather and analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify new growth opportunities
• You’ll implement approved sales strategies and report on execution across your region
• You’ll maintain expert-level knowledge of our products and services to support your team and customers effectively

• You have over 10 years of proven sales experience, with a strong track record of leading high-performing teams
• You’re strategic, analytical, and deeply familiar with rural and agri market dynamics
• You’re a hands-on leader who thrives in the field and inspires excellence
• You’re ready to take ownership of a region and drive measurable impact
