Key Responsibilities
● Lead the overall Human Resources function, aligning HR strategy with the company’s business objectives.
● Drive recruitment and talent acquisition across all levels to ensure timely and quality hiring.
● Oversee performance management systems, appraisals, and career development plans.
● Design and implement training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and productivity.
● Foster employee engagement, motivation, and a positive workplace culture.
● Handle employee relations and grievance management with fairness and empathy.
● Ensure adherence to payroll processes, statutory compliance, and HR policies.
● Partner with management to drive organizational effectiveness and change initiatives.
Requirements

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- 15–20 years of progressive HR experience, including proven leadership in HR functions.
- In-depth knowledge of HR strategy, talent management, labor laws, and compliance frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to balance strategic planning with day-to-day operational execution.
