The role involves credit appraisal, financial analysis, risk analysis, ensuring compliance with policies, and supervising loan accounts and credit processes.
- Credit appraisal including financial analysis to understand the solvency, liquidity position and repayment capacity of the entity, preparation of appraisal notes, credit checks etc.
- Ensure Adherence to Approved process, policies and manuals of the department, Ensure RBI and internal compliance matrixes are adhered to
- Appraising proposals for CV / CE and conducting risk analysis, scrutinizing relevant documents before sanctioning loans within defined TAT, client interview, ensuring compliance as per bank's credit policies.
- Supervising, controlling delinquency and credit loss.
- Monitoring of loan accounts, checking of loan documents and supervising the timely preparation of reports.
- Fulfilling the credit training needs of the entire business team on a continued & timely basis Requirement In-depth knowledge of - Financial & Credit Risk analysis.
- Maintaining credit TAT
- Any other credit related activities assigned by HOD credit.
Qualifications: CA/ MBA Finance
Experience: 5 - 12 years
