Lead technical delivery of Physical Identity and Access Management solutions, collaborate with clients, manage integrations, and mentor junior staff.
About RightCrowd
RightCrowd (A portfolio company of Bloom Equity Partners, is a leader in Physical Identity and Access Management (PIAM) solutions, helping organizations worldwide secure their facilities and manage who has access to what, where, and when. We work with major global enterprises across energy, manufacturing, financial services, and other critical industries to implement sophisticated access control and security systems.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a seasoned Solution Architect to join our project delivery team - someone who thrives at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and direct customer engagement. This isn't your typical behind-the-scenes technical role.
What Makes This Role Unique:
You're the Technical Leader - You'll own the technical relationship with customers from initial requirements through successful deployment. You're not just implementing solutions; you're architecting them to meet specific customer needs.
Direct Customer Impact - Work directly with enterprise clients' project teams, building relationships while solving complex integration challenges. You'll see your technical expertise translate into real business value for major organizations.
Diverse Technical Challenges - Every project is different. One day you're integrating with Lenel OnGuard access control systems, the next you're troubleshooting Active Directory authentication, or configuring cloud-based deployments.
Growth & Learning - PIAM is a specialized, growing field. You'll become an expert in an area that combines traditional IT skills with cutting-edge security technology.
What You'll Be Doing:
High Visibility & Impact - Your work directly affects how major organizations secure their facilities and manage access for thousands of employees and contractors.
Technical Breadth - You'll work across the full technology stack: databases, applications, cloud platforms, networking, and specialized security systems.
Customer Relationships - Build lasting partnerships with enterprise clients rather than working on anonymous internal projects.
Professional Growth - Develop expertise in a specialized, high-demand field while working with the latest technologies and enterprise-scale challenges.
Variety - No two projects are the same. You might work with an energy company securing offshore facilities one month and a financial institution managing headquarters access the next.
The Bottom Line:
If you're a seasoned IT professional who wants to combine deep technical skills with meaningful customer relationships, lead complex enterprise projects, and become an expert in a growing field, this Solution Architect role offers exactly that opportunity. You'll be joining a company that's already established in the PIAM space with room to grow your career while making a real impact on how major organizations approach physical security.
