As a SDET, you'll help to build Akamai's Zero Trust platform into a worldwide leader. You'll be crucial to the development of best-in-class security features. Leveraging your knowledge in networking and multi cloud and distributed environments, you'll make a global impact on Enterprises, applications, users and their workloads.

As a Software Development Engineer in Test, you will be responsible for:

• Building new feature test strategy and automation strategy to test products and services for next generation Micro segmentation and threat protection solutions.
• Taking ownership for test execution, test automation, identify and bring in tools to assist the testing goal.
• Collaborating with software engineering teams in an Agile environment on code review, design
  review, test plan and automation framework review.
• Working closely with development team to enhance new releases, testing process and coordinating and
  participating in customer installs, demos to team.

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
• Be familiar with one or more of the following languages, Python, Golang.
• Have knowledge of Pytest framework and experience of working in one or more of the following clouds - Azure, AWS and GCP.
• Have experience in Networking, TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPs and REST APIs, Database and SQL
• Have experience in working in a Linux/Unix environment and knowledge in CI/CD
  tools like Jenkins and experience in performance and scale testing.
